I interviewed 4 realtors before selecting Theresa Dillon. I felt she was the most professional and straight forward with me when it came to selling my condo. I never sold a property before so this was more of a learning experience for me. There was a conflict of information regarding the size of my condo. Even though a document was provided from the master deed to validate the size of my condo, a question on the size came up in the course of selling my unit. Theresa made it a point to measure my unit and with supporting documentation of the bylaws determined that we were accurately disclosing the correct size of the unit. This kind of due diligence I truly appreciate. On a side note, I had an opportunity to speak to the Buyers realtor who praised Theresa for being very honest. In addition, when Theresa was on vacation I could still reach her and get a timely response rather than be handed off to someone else. I was very pleased working with Theresa and have recommended her to my friends.

We happened upon Theresa at an open house. Without any pressure and on her own she looked up several properties that we should look at since her open house was not a fit for us. In other words, she was simply helpful and kind to two strangers. We were so impressed that we reached out to her some days later. She provided us with her local knowledge and forwarded listings without any commitment from us. The relationship led to a purchase which also led to a sale of our existing home. Throughout the two transactions, she was always easily accessible and responsive even to late-night emails. She simplified everything and took much of the burden on herself. We unhesitatingly recommend her.

We were relocating from the Midwest and depended on our agent Theresa Dillon to find us a home that met our criteria. Theresa provided us numerous choices. She had great expertise and knowledge of the Local Market. When we were communicating with Theresa via phone or text, she was extremely responsive.

This was critical when working from a distance. Both my wife and I had great trust in Theresa, there was just that aura that she presented that made us feel very comfortable like we were in good hands.

Apparently, NJ has different laws regarding real estate transactions than Michigan and she guided us through the differences and made sure that we were protected and always worked on our behalf and to protect our interests.

We are extremely happy with our new home and Neighborhood!!
