Hi, I’m Theresa Dillon, and I’ve been a licensed New Jersey real estate sales associate since 1997. It’s my passion to help motivated buyers and sellers stay on track and on target during one of the most important times of their lives.
In addition to being licensed in this field for over 20 years, I’m also a member of both the National Association of REALTORS® and the Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS), and I bring the education, local expertise, and dedication to meet and exceed my client’s needs.
While I’m able to service clients throughout New Jersey, my focus is on the Madison, Florham Park, and East Hanover areas. In 2019, NJ Monthly Magazine rated Madison as the #1 town to live in. And, Florham Park and East Hanover are closely intertwined in many ways, with the towns sharing a high school and several sports teams.
As a resident of East Hanover for more than 20 years, I’m honored to be an engaged and active member of the community. When my children were younger, I served on the HSA school board at my sons’ schools, taking the initiative to run several fundraising events. You can find me dining at the local restaurants and shopping in our local stores.
Today, community involvement is the cornerstone of my business: I am proud to collaborate with other local service providers whose talents make buying or selling a home seamless and satisfying.
